Our integrated manufacturing resources support large-format mold plates, precision grinding, deep-hole drilling and in-house mold-base components based on approved drawings and specifications.

Precision Grinding Plates

Flatness and parallelism controlled down to ±0.005 mm within approximately 1,000–1,200 mm working ranges.

Large-Format Plate Machining

Plate sizes up to 2,000 × 1,500 mm with positioning and dimensional tolerances within ±0.005 mm.

Deep-Hole Drilling

Hole diameters from Ø3 to Ø55 mm and drilling depths up to 1,500 mm, with maximum deviation of ±0.5 mm per 1,000 mm.

Guide pillars, guide bushings, locating rings, support components, spacers and other standard mold-base components produced under one quality system.
